How much will freight cost? 

SG1 has negotiated a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders. This will allow you to order 1 piece or 10 pieces and the freight will still be only $4.99!

How do I get to my Player ordering page? 

You can either find your players package on the home page or by using the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select the player package that applies to your child. It is broken down into the following categories:

Competitive: 
  • Competitive Player - Male
  • Competitive Player - Female 
  • Competitive GK - Male 
  • Competitive GK - Female 
 Academy:
  • Academy Kit - Male 
  • Academy Kit - Female 
  • Academy Kit - GK Male 
  • Academy Kit - GK Female 

Once you select your appropriate package it will take you to the package for this type of player. Once there it will give you a summary and explanation of what is required as part of the package and what is optional. Please make sure you enter the appropriate number as assigned by the club as items that are decorated with the wrong number are not able to be returned. Once you select your sizes, you can add items to your cart.  

What size should I order? 

The new custom jerseys for this year are sized similarly to the Sheffield jersey that SG1 members have been wearing. This will act as a good gauge if you have been with the club prior. We also recommend visiting the "Correctly Fit Your Product Page" that provides more instructions on how to correctly size your child. In addition, SG1 will also communicate with regards to a sizing event.

What number is my player? 

The club will assign you a number on your team. If you have not received your player’s number, please reach out to your coach/SG1 leadership to get this confirmed before ordering. Items decorated are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Can I return or exchange items I have ordered? 

Any items that have been decorated or customized are not able to be returned or exchanged. If the item does not include decoration, has not been worn and is still bagged & tagged in re-sellable condition then it is available for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Freight costs to send the items back and re-order any items would be the responsibility of the customer. Xara reserves the right to apply a 15% re-stocking charge to any returns. 

How long will it take to get my order? 

Once the bulk orders are processed for the Fall 2020 season (order window set from June 8 - June 28), Xara Soccer will process and ship orders. Orders that were placed in the June 8th to June 22nd window will be delivered in August (before the season) as agreed with the club. Items that are in stock (keep in mind some items are custom as requested by the club so may take longer) will be decorated and shipped within 5 business days (plus the transit time which is currently 3 business days).
